High Chorinated Polyethylene (HCPE-M)--Paint Level
Good compatibility with most inorganic and organic pigments. Good weather resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance and ozone resistance. HCPE-M can replace chlorinated rubber in many applications.
Soluble in organic solvents (like toluene, xylene), and forming a colorless or yellow transparent solution. Insoluble in ethanol fat hydrocarbons solvents.
Stable in an atmosphere at room temperature and slowly degrading under continuous heating. Addition of less than 1% epoxy resin with low molecular weight is suggested during the production process.
Compatible with the majority of plasticizers, the most popular one being chlorinated paraffin.
HCPE is mainly used to produce wear resistant, heavy corrosion resistant and self-extinguishing coatings. As a coating, it can be widely used in chemical equipments, oil field pipelines, offshore facilities, ship coatings, metallurgy and mining, salt industry, fishing ground, waste treatment, transportation facilities, container and electrical equipment.
Packaging and Storage:
20kg/bag. Store at room temperature, free from humidity. Non-dangerous goods with stable chemical properties.

Note: The viscosity is measured by Tu-4 method in a xylene solution at 25℃. 20g YURON HCPE-M was dissolved in 80g xylene.
